  Tom’s service and expertise is second to none. I emailed him early on a Sunday morning, because of course the worst computer issues happen on the weekend. I did not expect to hear back from Tom until Monday. Within 10 emails he emailed me back offering several solutions, and said to call him if I wanted to…which I did. I am by NO means a techie, and Tom spent time with me explaining in easy to understand terms what the issues may be and possible solutions. He offered for me to drop of the Mac for him to look at…this all being on a Sunday!
  To make a long story short, Tom was able to save my pictures and data on the Mac and fix the issues (again, not being a Techie, not going to try and describe). Throughout the experience I felt Tom was concerned that I understood what he was proposing and why he felt it needed to be done.
  Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention how competitive his pricing is as well.
  You may be thinking by now I am a family member of Tom, not the case. I did not know him until we first spoke on Sunday morning. I am a business person who recognizes first rate service and expertise and what to share it with others.
  When future computer issues arise, and they will, I now have someone I trust.
