The guy that works at this location is very nice and I have nothing against him but that’s about all the good there is. I sent a pc in there to be serviced. I don’t know where he sent it off to but the guy said that it was the motherboard and it would be $359 if I remember correctly. I told him that I will change it myself and I still owe $50 because the guy he sent it off to had multiple hours in it. Perfectly fair. I ordered a motherboard, changed it, fired up the pc and boom, same issue. Now, what if I would have paid him the $359, got my pc back and it still wouldn’t have worked? My issue isn’t with the man in the store, it’s the dude he sent it off to that needs to pack it. Whatever issues you have, just take it to Best Buy. No clue why I didn’t do that in the first place. Those guys took twenty minutes and told me the issue.
