I was trying to do a window 10 upgrade on a laptop for a friend of mine who purchased a Thinkpad from Krista a few years back ,with the laptop running windows 7, I came into a problem of getting windows 10 to install , because of some security program running on windows 7 ,long story short needed admin password, couldn’t figure what that would be ,but made contact with Krista about it and after trying to solve what to do , Krista called me back and did some remote work on the laptop to try to help me figure out this problem,so I could once again try to install windows 10.Thank you ,for helping me out in solving this problem, great service
