DO NOT USE!!!
My daughter cracked her iPhone 11 screen. They fixed it and of course – they were very pleasant!!!
Then 1 month later, she dropped it off the end of a dock and it was about 3 feet in the water for about 3 minutes or less. The phone is dead. They didn’t fix it correctly as the seal didn’t hold. They are supposed to use OEM Apple parts and according to Apple, should have definitely survived the short time in the water. So they didn’t do it correctly and now want nothing to do with it. They don’t stand by their warranty!!!!
TAKE IT TO THE APPLE STORE. When we buy such expensive electronics, you can’t afford not to.
Now we are out an iPhone 11 and it could have been prevented had we gone to the Apple store. Lesson learned.
