This is my first time getting my iPad repaired at this store. All of my reviews for any business have always been a great rating until today. My screen was repaired and then cracked worse than it was before they repaired it. The iPad has not been broken and has been in an Otterbox case. I told the tech and he said don’t worry about it, bring it back. I tried to get it repaired today and was told that the owner was only able to discount the repair price $25.
Worst customer service that I’ve experienced.
