  UPDATE: Heard back from the IRS, over $6k in taxes due and I’m forwarding the police report along with all documentation to the IRS for a Federal Audit.

  SEAN CANNOT BE TRUSTED with anything. He was my business partner back in August 2017 when I first started iRepair Plus and allowed him to join at that time.

  While we were business partners Sean had a drug issue and months later he registered the business name and then gave me the boot and changed all the passwords to all of the accounts (email, parts supplier, website, etc) so I couldn’t have any access.

  One of those accounts happened to be my credit card processing company that had my social security number linked to it so the 1099 for 2017 and 2018 and on would ultimately come in my name at the end of the year and I would have to pay taxes on it all. In total Sean decided to collect about $20k or so In credit card payments under my social security number and into his bank account.

  On 7/23/2018 I asked him to stop taking payments under my name and get his own account and he said if I was going to compete with him I had to pay him.

  At that time I already had over 5 years of experience repairing and Sean was a beginner being taught by me.

  To this day I have yet to resolve this matter with Sean because he has blocked every way of communication. So I went ahead and filed the 1099 and am going to file a report for Fraud with the IRS instead.

  Since his business has been operating to this day, I am constantly diagnosing and repairing many devices that were repaired by him first.

  It took me about 3 years to regain access to my website that he changed the passwords too also.

  ****So becareful if you choose to continue using his Services or try to use his Services for the first time****
