I took my tablet in to get the power port replaced. Later on I got a call that gave me an estimate to fix the problem; $98.00. Since I can buy a new tablet at near that cost… I went to pick it up. When the tablet was returned to me, the damaged port was missing. Since they had not replaced the port… I was not expecting to find my tablet taken apart. They charged me $98.00 and called it an estimate cost…
Needless to say…if they were going to give me an estimate…it should have been before taking it apart… I paid the bill, brought home my trashed tablet and got angry at myself for accepting the tablet back and it
not being in the same condition as it was when I brought it in…OR…I should have just refused to pay the $98.00 and told them I would be back to get it after it was restored to the same condition it was in when I brought it in. But, hind-sight is always good…so I took home a disassembled tablet.
NO!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE… THEY GET A “F” GRADE… for FAILURE…
